Robert M. Wilson

Child Molestation, Sexual Misconduct and School Bullying

Bob Wilson takes his professional responsibilities as an attorney very seriously when it comes to advocating for our nation’s most vulnerable - our children. Bob has been a strong and successful trial attorney and litigator for over 25 years. In 2005, Bob stepped away from his active practice of law and stepped down from the Board of Directors of Sacramento Child Advocates , Inc., a non-profit law firm dedicated to serving more than 3,000 plus foster care children in Sacramento County, and assumed the duties and responsibilities as Executive Director of Sacramento Child Advocates, Inc. For the next 6 years, Bob led a team of 17 passionate and dedicated attorneys and six social workers who were serving as the “voice” of foster children throughout Sacramento County. All of these children had been removed from their homes due to allegations of abuse or neglect. As a father of 5 children, Bob knows the importance of a good education for children, especially foster children. Bob was instrumental in establishing the first Educational Advocacy Program for foster children in Sacramento County. Bob continues his efforts to help children in foster care by supporting Sacramento CASA. No other lawyer in Northern California has Bob’s experience as a litigator and advocate and being a voice for children. At Kimball & Wilson, LLP, Bob continues his passion for protecting children and seeking justice for them.
